How we work
Inquiry you do with email or phone. We need to know how many people in your crew, requests for cabins and possible boat size and if bareboat or skippered by our captain. After this, you will get one or more options that you can consider and if you have any questions just contact us.
When you wish to book please send us an email or call or you can also search directly on the website’s and even book there directly. Once you have decided, you get a booking confirmation with all the details and payment instructions. The price of the boat are quoted in EUR.
To confirm booking you pay to our account stated on booking confirmation:
a. 30% – 7 days after booking confirmation
b. 70% – 28 days before the charter
In our prices it is included VAT.
Check in can be done in English or German language.
CHECK IN is normally Saturday latest at 17.00 at the designated place and office. There we also check the Crew List and Travel documents. Please bring proof of sailing skills in the original. The boat and equipment is checked as well as instructions and tips for the boat’s features and route and other suggestions.
The yacht shall be back in the Base Friday 17:00 and CHECK OUT control of the yacht is normally done at arrival and Check Out is Saturday at 08:00 . Make sure the boat is full tank of fuel from the nearest fuel station. The Transit Log fee includes final cleaning, wifi,dingy, outboard engine and 5l. fuel, cooking gas, toilet paper, ready beds, 2 towels per person, ship diving. The yacht is insured with UNIQA through your deposit. Personal insurance is not included in yacht insurance.
