KEK Yachting is the trading name of KEK Yachting d.o.o., a limited liability company registered in Croatia. Everything below is the statutory company information required under Croatian and EU law, and the same details we put on every booking confirmation and invoice.
“d.o.o.” is the Croatian equivalent of a private limited company (Ltd / GmbH). The registered seat in Brodarica-Šibenik is our administrative address; the charter base from which all yachts depart is Marina Pirovac.
KEK Yachting d.o.o. is part of the KEK Group. Its legal representative and managing director is Ante Prebanda.
Your day-to-day contacts at the Marina Pirovac base are Kristina Šajtoš (bookings) and Ante Prebanda (base manager).
Responsible for the content of this website within the meaning of applicable media law is the management board at the registered seat above.
Office hours: in season, Mon–Sat 08:00–20:00 and Sun 09:00–15:00; out of season, Mon–Fri 08:00–16:00 (CET/CEST).
The OIB (Osobni identifikacijski broj) is the Croatian company identification number. The company is entered in the court register (sudski registar) under the MBS shown above.
KEK Yachting d.o.o. is registered for nautical charter (iznajmljivanje plovila / yacht charter) and operates under the oversight of the Croatian Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure and the competent harbour master’s office (lučka kapetanija). All yachts carry valid registration, safety certificates and the equipment required by Croatian maritime regulations.
A refundable security deposit applies per charter and is released after a clean handover. The security-deposit amount for your specific yacht, and the insurance details that apply to your charter, are set out in your booking confirmation.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are, however, neither obliged nor generally willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, we would always rather settle any issue with you directly.
