Krka by yacht — common questions
Can you sail a yacht to Krka National Park?
Yes, up the Krka river from Šibenik to Skradin, about 9 nm of sheltered water. Yachts go no further than Skradin: moor in the marina there and continue to Skradinski buk on foot or by the park’s boat.
Can you swim at the Krka waterfalls?
No. Swimming at Skradinski buk has been banned since 2021 to protect the falls. Swim in the sea instead, there are good anchorages around Zlarin and Prvić on the same day.
Do I need a ticket for Krka?
Yes, a park ticket is needed to visit the falls; buy it online or at the entrance in Skradin. Prices change by month, so check the park’s website before you go.
